Week of December 12th – Romesco-ish Sauce (Available December 16th)

Romesco is a Spanish sauce and is a bold, rich and delicious accompaniment to grilled fish and roasted vegetables. My version takes some serious liberties (don’t come for me if you’re expecting the traditional!) and the result is a smoky, yummy addition to your simply prepared dinner, breakfast egg toast or crudite platter. The foundation of my recipe is Saucy Spoon Cherry Tomato Confit and features roasted red peppers, cashews, red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika, and parsley. Finished with a bit of lemon juice and honey, this sauce will take your tastebuds to new places! Simply roast some swordfish, scallops or veg and this sauce will carry your dinner. Mix up your weeknight dinner program with Saucy Spoon Romesco-ish Sauce!
