My friend Diane and I were having coffee the other day (shocker) and got to talking about our holiday menus. Although we plan to outsource most of it 😬, there’s one thing we both want to make ourselves…a yummy winter salad. Saucy Spoon Fig-Balsamic Vinaigrette with Dijon will be perfect on a crunchy radicchio salad with roasted carrots, walnuts and sliced avocado or over shaved brussels sprouts with fennel, parmesan and apple. My gluten-free/dairy free recipe has fig jam, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, shallots and other delicious ingredients.
