Week of May 13th – Green Goddess (Available May 17th)
There is no better way to celebrate spring on your plate than to do so than with the most herbaceous sauce out there…Green Goddess. My recipe is packed with basil, parsley, tarragon and scallions. It’s creamy but not thick and it’s cut by the tangy acidic notes of lemon and rice wine vinegar. Drizzle it on a salad or over salmon, slather it on a roast chicken sandwich or better yet, dip anything and everything into the jar. Any way you have it, you will love it!
