Saucy Spoon Basil-Shallot Vinaigrette is one of those few gems that cannot be accurately classified. It’s a dressing, a sauce, a finishing drizzle and even a dip. This gluten and dairy free vinaigrette is literally packed with basil along with garlic, shallot, crushed red pepper and rice wine vinegar. It’s zippy, herbaceous and absolutely stunning. Put this pretty green sauce to work for you on salads, grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, steak and eggs…the possibilities are endless!
