Week of January 29th – Gochugaru-Scallion Sauce (Available February 2nd)
Inspired by the genius of Roy Choi and David Chang, my gluten-free Gochugaru-Scallion Sauce features tamari, Korean chili flakes, sesame seeds, ginger and of course, lots of chopped scallions. A giant jar of this incredible sauce is a permanent fixture in my fridge! This delcious drizzle is a perfect addition to so many things—roasted veg with a fried egg in the morning, crispy potatoes, or of course, a rice bowl with grilled salmon or steak. Breakfast, lunch or dinner…the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients : Tamari, Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes), Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Rice Wine Vinegar, Dark Brown Sugar, Ginger, Scallions
