There’s a chill in the air…bring on the roasted meats, soups and yummy winter green salads. Give me a delicious autumnal vinaigrette any day of the week and I’ll be a happy girl! Saucy Spoon Fall’s My Jam! Vinaigrette will be perfect on a crunchy radicchio salad with roasted carrots, pumpkin seeds and sliced avocado or as a finishing glaze on a roasted chicken with crispy skin. Or just bring home a take-out salad and this vinaigrette will take it to the next level. My gluten-free/dairy free recipe has fig jam, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, shallots and toasted walnuts, among other delicious ingredients.
