Week of March 6th – Miso Vinaigrette with Toasted Sesame Seeds (Available March 10th)

Prepare yourself for some serious flavor! This seriously special vinaigrette packs a punch with flavors of sesame, tamari, garlic and shallot …and has an extra zing from both rice wine and balsamic vinegars. And the toasted sesame seeds give it a little texture and make it look extra pretty! My recipe will take your favorite chopped salad to an entirely new level AND because of its richness, depth of flavor and texture, it is also perfect as a finishing drizzle on dishes such as grilled skirt steak or roasted salmon over rice.

This sauce is GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE.

Ingredients : Canola Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil, White Miso, Tamari, Rice Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Shallot, Brown Sugar, Sesame Seeds
