Week of July 18th – Basil-Shallot Vinaigrette (Available July 25th)

Saucy Spoon Basil-Shallot Vinaigrette is like the teacher’s pet of my sauces…she’s good at absolutely everything! Throw some lemony chicken thighs on the grill, make a bowl of hot linguine with summer tomato sauce or just fry up an egg…this sauce drizzled on top will make any simple meal LIGHTS OUT. She is literally packed with the glorious green herb but also has a nice zing from rice wine vinegar and macerated shallots and garlic. Making a fresh, herb-dense sauce like this one is incredibly labor intensive…let me do the work for you and bring the farmers market to your plate, all in a cute little jar!

Ingredients : Basil, Olive Oil. Rice Wine Vinegar, Shallots, Garlic, Salt

This sauce is GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE.
